ศูนย์บริการตรวจลงตราและพิจารณาอนุญาตทำงานแรงงานต่างด้าว 3 สัญชาติ (เมียนมาร์, ลาว และกัมพูชา)
คุณสมบัติ
- เป็นกลุ่มแรงงานต่างด้าวฯ ที่ได้รับการตรวจลงตราประเภทคนอยู่ชั่วคราว Non-Immigrant L-A อนุญาตให้อยู่ราชอาณาจักรเป็นเวลา 2 ปี และต่ออายุการตรวจลงตรามาแล้วอีกเป็นเวลา 2 ปี
- อายุหนังสือเดินทางเหลือเกินกว่า 2 ปี ณ วันยื่นคำร้องของรับการตรวจลงตรา
- หากมีการอยู่เกินกำหนดอนุญาต จะถูกปรับกรณีอยู่เกินกำหนดวันละ 500 บาท
สิทธิการอยู่ในราชอาณาจักร
- ได้รับอนุญาตให้อยู่ในราชอาณาจักรโดยได้รับการตรวจลงตราประเภทอยู่ชั้วคราว Non-Immigrant L-A (MOU) ได้รับอนุญาตให้อยู่ราชอาณาจักรเป็นเวลา 2 ปี นับแต่วันยื่นคำร้องขอรับการตรวจลงตรา
- อัตราค่าธรรมเนียมคนละ 500 บาท
* นายจ้าง จะต้องเป็นผู้พาแรงงานต่างด้าวมาดำเนินการด้วยตัวเอง หากไม่สามารถดำเนินการได้ด้วยตัวเอง จะมอบอำนาจให้ผุ้อื่นมาดำเนินการแทนได้โดยทำหนังสือมอบอำนาจติดอากรแสตมป์ คนละ 10 บาท
* อย่าหลงเชื่อ ผู้ที่แอบอ้างว่าสามารถพาแรงงานมาขอรับการตรวจลงตราฯ ได้โดยไม่ต้องมีนายจ้าง โดยเสียค่าธรรมเนียมเกินกว่าที่กล่าวมาข้างต้น
หน้าที่เมื่อได้รับการตรวจลงตรา
- จ้างที่พักอาศัยทุกระยะ 90 วัน โดยแสดงหนังสือเดินทางและใบอนุญาตทำงาน สามารถแจ้งล่วงหน้าได้ 15 วัน หลังครบกำหนด 7 วัน หากพ้นกำหนดจะเสียค่าปรับ คนละ 2,000 บาท
- หากพบมีความประสงค์จะเดินทางออกราชอาณาจักร สามารถยื่นคำร้องขอกลับเข้ามาในราชอาณาจักรอีก (Re-Entry Premited) พร้อมทั้งแสดงหนังสือรับรองการจ้างจากนายจ้างระบุระยะเวลาการจ้างด้วย อัตราค่าธรรมเนียม
เดินทางเข้า-ออก ครั้งเดียว 1,000 บาท
เดินทางเข้า-ออก หลายครั้ง 3,800 บาท

Term&Condition for apply
- There are workers who have Immigrant L-A Visa permitted to stay for 2 years and was extended for 2 years.
- The passport must valid at least more than 2 years at the date of applying.
- If workers are over stay of permittion they will be fined 500 Baht for each day which is over.
Claim in kingdom
- Worker will be get Non Immigrant LA(MOU) Visa permit for stay 2 years start from date that they apply
- Worker have to pay fee 500 Baht per person
Notice
- Employers must bring their worker by own for applying the above mention if they can’t come by themselves can make letter of consent to let another person doing for theme. The letter must make according to form of law and regulation and stick with 10 baht tax stamp of each worker.
Don’t Be NAÏVE
- Please don’t believe any one that tell about can help to get a visa. Even works don’t have employer and namelist. But you have to pay the extra fee it isn’t true at all if you heard something about that please imform the authorities so we will arrest them
Obligations & Duties of workers after get 2 years permission.
- Inform the authority where they stay for each 90 days period and can inform 15 days in advance or 7 days after period of 90 days stay. If they does’t do this they will be fine 2,000 Baht.
- If workers want to leave the kingdom have to apply for Re-Entry permit. For applying they must have the letter form their employer which state the length of work they have been working with them.
Re-Entry Premit’s Fee
Single Entry 1,000 Baht/person
Multiple Entry 3,800 Baht/person
